ONGOING MONTHLY EVENTS Sunday Intensives with Eric Bryant Next date March 14th! 2 hour intermediate/advanced level class that will be held once a month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. It will be a moving meditation that begins with a series of flowing, heat producing vinyasas to harmonize the breath and the body, continuing with strengthening, alignment focused standing poses, toxin shedding twists, fear challenging arm balances, heart opening back bends and perspective changing inversions. The journey concludes with calming forward folds and a deep, extended Savasana, followed by a period of quiet meditation and reflection, all leading back to a healthier body and a quieter mind. Bring your mat, a towel, some water and your curiosity. Upcoming dates in 2009: Nov. 8 and Dec. 13. Instructor Eric Bryant began his study of yoga in New York City in 2000. He is certified at the 200 hour level through the internationally recognized Om Yoga Center, directed by Cyndi Lee. The cost is only $20 for walk-ins and $15 for current members. Over 80 mighty souls have attended the monthly meditations NEXTDATE IS March 14th!This precedes the above class from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. once a month on the same Sundays listed above. Each month Vince features a message based on the Course in Miracles principles which is followed by a meditation. Vince is the principal teacher and program director of Now Creations. Vince is presently on the faculties of philosophy and religious studies at Youngstown State University. He also serves as a chaplain in the spiritual care department at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ohio. He has a masters degree in philosophy and theology.
