Prenatal Yoga
This class is one of our most popular! Expectant moms experience the many benefits yoga offers as they prepare for the birth of their child. Andrea Ballard, who is a certified teacher with a specialty certification in prenatal leads this ongoing class on Thursdays at 7 p.m. Alleviate pregnancy related symptoms, practice breathing techniques, and prepare for a healthy vibrant pregnancy and delivery. The added bonus is a faster recovery and newfound skills that will help you to make the most out of your joyful period. Normal class rates apply.


Parents and their children ages 10 and up are welcome to join in any of our regularly scheduled yoga classes- call for further information.

Girl Scout Program
We are now working with the Girl Scouts to offer programs here. Our "Stress Less" badge workshop is a two hour program that teaches girls how to recognize stress and gives them tools to cope effectively. An introduction to yoga, breathing techniques and creative visualization are some of the tools they will experience. Yoga is a great way for girls to learn how to manage stress as well as a great tool to boost self-esteeem. Cost is $10 per girl. Call us for more details or to register your troop today!
